Single-estate beans
Our manual brews start with Mandal Khan, a single-estate coffee we recommend for the Aeropress: two minutes of steeping, then pressed through the filter. Aeropress, pour over and French press from ₹190; the syphon, our tabletop theatre, ₹250.
French pâtisserie
The crispy chocolate éclair is built on Van Houten 35.6% dark chocolate with custard cream; the chocolate mousse jar uses Van Houten 46.5%. Tiramisu gets real mascarpone, and the Lee Hazelnut Couture cheesecake pairs hazelnut with French butter and Lotus Biscoff.
Sourdough, four ways
Plain at ₹160, or carrot-raisin, rosemary-aloo and beetroot-black-sesame. Baked every morning alongside brioche, focaccia, pita, olive bread, a French loaf and a gluten-free loaf.
